Bug#750782: please update BLAS and LAPACK build dependencies

Dear Maintainer,

cantor build depends on libblas3gf and liblapack3gf, which are transitional
packages. Please replace those by respectively libblas3 and liblapack3, so that
the transitional packages can be removed from the archive.
