Bug#617793: ksnapshot overwrites my files
Package: ksnapshot
Version: 4:4.4.5-2
Severity: important
Each time when I make a screenshot using ksnapshot, it will overwrite the last
screenshot that I saved with ksnapshot without notice. I don't understand why
ksnapshot is behaving like this, I would expect it not to save a file before I
tell it to do so.
What makes this issue even worse is that there's a problem with my keymap that
causes ksnapshot to be launched when I don't want to use it (the up key
sometimes triggers the Print Screen key code), but that's a different issue.
