Bug#598938: [plasma-widgets-addons] Unit Converter widget isn't updating exchange rates automatically

In KDE 4.3.x, the Unit Converter widget updated the
exchange rates from the ECB's website after each reboot.
After update to KDE 4.4.x, i must delete the file
~/.kde/share/apps/libkunitconversion/currency.xml manually
and after reboot the widget will download updated file.
Otherwise, the outdated rates will be used.
