Bug#473394: kbounce launch failure due to missing symbol in libartskde

kbounce fails to launch. When run from konsole it gives this error and
exits immediately:

kbounce: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libartskde.so.1: undefined
symbol: _ZTv0_n28_N4Arts14StdSynthModule11autoSuspendEv
