Bug#364008: kmail: messages marked for signing not signed when saved to drafts folder

kmail might want to remember if I wanted to sign a certain message
even if it was saved to drafts folder later, but for sure it has
to sign messages saved to drafts folder when signing every maessage
was chosen in the settings.
Steps to reproduce:
* enable settings->kmail settings->security->messages->sign auomatically
* write a little mail (sign button will be chosen by default)
* save it to draft
* re-edit mail
=> sign button is not chosen
* send it
=> mail goes unsigned despite every mail should be signed according to
the settings
