Dear Maintainers, Dear Author,

After I've finished the packaging of lincity-ng later today;
'argyll' will be the very last piece of software needing
unmaintained 'jam' to build.

Would it be possible, in two steps:
 - to have argyll build with something else (CMake, meson...?)
 - drop jam package
