Bug#1031780: tracker.debian.org: add information about patches

Package: tracker.debian.org
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

UDD now includes data about patches (see
https://lists.debian.org/debian-qa/2023/01/msg00002.html ). This data is
already exposed on https://udd.debian.org/patches.cgi and
https://udd.debian.org/dmd/ (see the Patches column in
https://udd.debian.org/dmd/?email1=pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers%40lists.alioth.debian.org&format=html#bugs
)

... but it would be nice to add this data to tracker.d.o.

You could use either:
- https://udd.debian.org/patches.cgi?json=1 , that provides the status
  for all packages in unstable
- the 'sources_patches_status' view in UDD, that also provides this
information for other suites. The above page is just "select * from
sources_patches_status where release='sid' order by source asc".

DMD counts 'invalid' and 'no' as 'work-needed".

Note that there's a discussion about how the importer classifies between
yes/not-needed/no/invalid in #1031381 and #1028503. We probably need a
discussion to revisit corner cases in DEP3, but I don't think that it
necessarily needs to be done before increasing the exposure of this
information.
