packages needing a new maintainer related to your packages

Hello package maintainers,

Paul had one of his lucid moments when submitting bug 695732.  I couldn't
resist long to implement it, so from now on the PTS pages display information
about packages needing a new maintainer related to the package of the PTS page.
For example, on http://packages.qa.debian.org/b/bomberclone.html we currently
have this message :

    This package has "Build-Depends: docbook-to-man" while docbook-to-man needs
    a new maintainer, see RFA #549475.

If you want to know whether you have such messages on your PTS pages, simply
look on this list :
http://qa.debian.org/~bartm/depneedsmaint/depneedsmaint-dd-list.txt
