It is the following files:

udd/config-org.yaml (commit 1733)
udd/scripts/fetch_bibref.sh (commit 1733)
udd/udd/bibref_gatherer.py (commits 1733, 1777 and 1778)
udd/sql/bibref.sql (commit 1777)

I took the screenshot gatherer as a template.
