Package: linuxconf
Version: 1.26r1-1
Severity: serious

The linuxconf package failed to autobuild on ia64. The last few
lines of output up to where the build fails follow:

| dh_installchangelogs -plinuxconf
| dh_strip -a
| strip: Warning: Output file cannot represent architecture UNKNOWN!
| strip: Warning: Output file cannot represent architecture UNKNOWN!
| dh_compress -a
| dh_fixperms -a
| dh_installdeb -a
| dh_makeshlibs -a
| dh_shlibdeps -a
| dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: could not find path for liblinuxconf.so.1
| dpkg-shlibdeps: failure: ldd on `debian/linuxconf/usr/lib/linuxconf/lib/XFmousereset' gave error exit status 1
| dh_shlibdeps: command returned error code
| make: *** [binary-arch] Error 1

A full build log can be obtained at:
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=linuxconf&ver=1.26r1-1&arch=ia64&stamp=1000851444&file=log&as=raw

A quick glance shows that the build also fails on alpha, arm,
hppa, mips, mipsel, and sparc with similar errors. Thanks for
looking into this.
