QT4 migration is done in version 3.0. A beta was released Q2-2011.  Luma 3.0
has a package up for sponsorship at mentors.debian.net. The project webpage
hasn't been updated much and therefore project can seem as dead, but just
hasn't gotten the tender loving care it deserves.
