If providing something TODAY Saturday 06 July can really make a
difference (e.g. can be pushed online and will be very visited during
this weekend due to the Debian 10 release), I can try to make a detailed
proposal for each page. However, if anything that we provide won't be
online until Monday or later, I would prefer to leave this task for
Sunday or Monday, and focus on the release today.

I agree.

I would suggest "Debian is provided free of charge. See [pricing
details] of Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines." or something like that.

Or a summary of the Debian 10 announcement, to be published today.

I think the best probably is that you open a collaborative pad or create
a txt file in the "publicity" repo [1] where we can see the different
fields we can tweak for each cloud provider (I guess we cannot customise
everything), and the current text, and then we can evolve from there.

Kind regards
