Bug#890447: www.debian.org: Reorganise /News/index page, and add info about other news channels (bits, micronews...)

Dear Debian website and publicity teams
I'd like to add info in www.debian.org/News about the other publicity channels
where news are posted (currently that page talks about the announcements (web,
mailing lists), the DPN, and the press coverage.
Please have a look at the proposed diff and/or how would the page look like if
applied.
Actually the new text is only:
"the official Debian blog <a href="https://bits.debian.org";>Bits from
Debian</a>,
or <a href="https://micronews.debian.org";>micronews.debian.org</a>
which RSS-feeds the @debian profile in several social networks."
right after the current link to the "Project News", but I've also reordered the
paragraphs to group the info related to the announcements, then the other
channels, then how to reach the press team.
This way, www.debian.org/News can be used to point people to get an overview of
the different places where we post, currently.
