Debian Stretch announcement
Hi,
I have just commited the release announcement for Stretch written
by the press and release teams:

The announcement is still open-for-edit, so please, take a look and report
back any problem. Also tell us if the list of updated software packages
is missing any important update.
The plan is froze the announcement in 48h on Wednesday 14 June at 17:30 UTC
so people can start translating.
