new and newsworthy packages list for inclusion in DPN of May
I am sharing the list as plain text, please do the necessary changes as needed.
There were 1042 new packages which entered unstable in this quarter.

Laura, hope the above is good enough for inclusion in DPN .
That said, there are and were probably some good ones from golang,
node and R, as I don't use those, am not familiar would rather not
comment. If somebody wants to add some packages from either of those
most welcome.
