Publicity Team meeting in May? call for dates/times and prospective agenda

Sorry for delaying so long the organization of this...
Let's have a meeting, if possible, before May ends.

My idea would be to close the poll next Saturday European evening, and
call for meeting for the date/time we have at least 3 people.
Everybody is invited, future first-time contributors too!
