I see you sent the "MiniDebconf at FOSSASIA 2016" info to 
debian-announce@lists.debian.org before, and it got rejected because 
sending to that list is moderated by the publicity delegates.

I see that you sent it to debian-devel-announce then.

If you want to promote the event in the different channels that the 
Publicity team handles (bits.debian.org, social networks, Debian Project 
News...), please have a look at this wiki page:

and send us your ideas/proposals, so we coordinate together.
