Free German-written Debian Package Management Book announced at DebConf15

Frank Hofmann and myself announced during Thursday's Lightning Talks
session at DebConf15 the free availability (CC BY-SA) of a
German-written book about Debian Package Management (still work-in-progress,
English translation planned, too):
