There are two URLs, the read-only one:
http://gobby.debian.org/export/Teams/Publicity/Meeting_proposal_2015
And the read-write one:
infinote://gobby.debian.org/Teams/Publicity/Meeting_proposal_2015
To write to that you need to install the gobby package (gobby-0.5 on
wheezy) and run this:
gobby infinote://gobby.debian.org/Teams/Publicity/Meeting_proposal_2015
Or you can connect to gobby.debian.org via the gobby GUI and then
navigate to the Teams/Publicity/Meeting_proposal_2015 document.
