Status field we change manually to indicate status of the draft. Just to avoid
various issues and to say other editors what they should (or not) to do :)
 
$Id and $Rev take their valuse automatically by SVN repository. This lines
are optional. When you want to add them to the file you need just to add next:

# $Id:$
# $Rev:$
