I add http://yfrog.com/mx5vip .. you need select "From: Jan 2009 ~ To:  
Set 2010" to only "PEOPLE > DEVELOPERS"...

I need a CSV file more complete, model:

"","Nickname","2009-03-18 10:10:00","Country","Fullname and others  
description","Developers,"+48.84","+2.33",YES,YES

...2009-03-18 10:10:00 - this is date join a debian devel...

registering the data in a time line can be drawn many interesting data  
to choose dates for future events.
