Written English used in the DPN (and other documents)

Hi!

Firstly I wanted to point out, that I don't participate in the recent
discussions about linking, shot forms and general form, as I'm not a
native speaker and not fluently enough in English to make any useful
contribution.  So I'm waiting for an outcome of these discussions.

However, since this discussion isn't specific to the DPN, but would also
affect other documents, e.g. the web pages or our documentations,
shouldn't it be discussed on a more general list?  (debian-l10n-english?
debian-doc and debian-www?)
