Bits from the DPN editors

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Today, when I was translating the August 18th 2008 issue of DPN, I read
this paragraph "Bits from the DPN editors".
Since 2003 I translated DWN to italian, together with my friend Daniele
Venzano. The job worked in this manner:
Joey Hess sent me the draft of DWN, I translated and forwarded it to
Daniele, who published the italian issue.
When Joey stopped his work, I never received something to translate.
Daniele also started with his new job and the time he may spend for DPN
is absolutely reduced.
At this moment I see DPN when it is published on the web, and I could
start immediately to translate it. But the bottle neck would be the time
standing after the translation and before its publication.
I am not sure that this address is right, because I never wrote to
Debian in the past.
Please, confirm to me is it is right and how to operate in the future
for a correct contribution to DPN.
Regards.
Giuliano
