Then I assume that lpq could use cupsGetNamedDest like lp and lpr
(unless the -a option is given, of course). But that would be a
separate feature request.

Well, I meant that, for instance, lpq and lpr use two different
methods to get the default destination, which give here different
results. Even if new features are added, the code could remain
similar between different commands.
