Why didn't you try it?

The kernels supports mac partition tables:
| $ grep PARTI -r linux-2.6/debian/arch/amd64 | grep MAC
| debian/arch/amd64/config:CONFIG_MAC_PARTITION=y

Otherwise use kpartx.
