Re: mouseemu fails on ppc64 ?

How would I do that?

I have tried rebuilding mouseemu with a vanilla apt-build and manually
with make. apt-build failed claiming not to find 'ld' (binutils is
installed, ld is there, etc) and the manually built binary recreates
the same error ("ioctl UI_SET_KEYBIT: Invalid argument").

Are there any flags or options to pass in order to build it 64bit?
Hints or pointers to RTFM would be appreicated!
