Epson serial printer configuration.

Hi!

I am new to linux and i have a Umax S900 or Pulsar and I use sid.

I have found that I must use these commands to print under linux with my
Epson Stylus color 740 using CUPS:

 stty 230400 raw -echo cstopb </dev/ttyS1
 stty ixon ixoff </dev/ttyS1

And it works, but only if the printer is on. How can I save these settings
that they work after reboot?
What exactly must I do to not write this everytrime in the console before I
want to print, it should also work when I put the printer later on?
