Aehm, to be honest, it was the PowerDomain Firmware. As said, 4 years ago ;) But you can get the tools from here: http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/drivers_by_product.html?sess=no&language=English+US&cat=%2fProduct%2fAPD-2940UW&prodkey=APD-2940UW The same is available for a 2940uw2 as well. Dig the page.I got two 2940UW from a PC, plugged it into my 'now dead' 7200 and flashed them under macos 8.x, 9 was not ready then.
