OldWorlds can't boot from a Debian CD

Instead of rescue.bin, you need hfs-boot-floppy.img. It's all in the manual.

If you have BootX, then just load linux.bin for the kernel and the ram disk
with root.bin, you're set. No need to burn floppies.
