If I'm correct you have a PReP box. So you either have to try the (very old)
Xserver for PPC and Cirrus Logic boards (Xbh, IIRC), or use clgenfb. For the
latter (clgenfb on PPC), I think you're better off with a 2.3.x kernel instead
of 2.2.x.
