Not that tricky -- I managed. :-)
Didn't seem any harder than, say, creating a debian control file. In
fact, given how much documentation I've had to read about debian
control files vs man pages, I'd say it's *easier* to whip up a small
man page. I still haven't read *anything* about nroff except for a
brief glance at the command-line arguments once.
If I can do it, based on no experience with or knowledge of nroff,
then I have a hard time believing that we need to call in the nroff
experts to write man pages for people.
Hint: start with a small working man page and your favorite editor. :-)
