Hi Perl people,
I'm a DM currently applying for the NM process and while most of my
work on Debian happens in the Python Modules Team, I have some
packages from CPAN, that I would like to see in Debian.
Most of them are used in infrastructure monitoring checks written in
Perl for Icinga/Nagios.
E.g.:
Net::SSLeay::OO
Math::HoltWinters
Module::List
Module::List::Pluggable
Nagios::Plugin::DieNicely
Therefor I would like to join the pkg-perl group on alioth. My
username on alioth is fladi-guest. My personal preferences
(git-buildpackage, quilt and debhelper) seem to be identical to the
ones used in the group.
I'm looking forward to make writing monitoring check scripts easier by
providing a range of useful Perl packages directly available in Debian.
