followup on moving PET to alioth

Hi Alioth Admins--

sgran helped out today following up on Ansgar's request to move PET to
Alioth [0]. It's not done yet, but it's getting closer:

Thus far we have:

 * a pet user, with sudo privs for members of the pet group.

 * two postgres databases, pet and petdevel, both owned by the pet user.

 * the pet user has the pet basic setup in /home/pet/pet and
/home/pet/petdevel

good! and we still need:

 * the following packages installed from squeeze:

   plpgsql python-argparse python-debian python-debianbts
   python-inotifyx python-psycopg2 python-subversion

 * the following packages installed from squeeze-backports:

  python-pyramid python-sqlalchemy

 * two apache vhosts for pet.debian.net and pet-devel.debian.net, which
should run the wsgi process as the pet user. this would let us reload
the wsgi by killing the process and letting apache restart it. (see
ansgar's post for example vhost config)

 * someone with postgres superuser privileges needs to run "create
extension debversion" on the two databases.

What's the best way to get these next steps done?

Thanks for your help, and for your maintenance of alioth!
