libhtml-mason-perl 1.1201 -> 1.3

Hi,

  Last night I upgraded from perl 5.6.1 to 5.8.0, which implied some
upgrades of eg AxKit and HTML::Mason too.

  After upgradring theese packages I found out that until version 1.3 of
HTML::Mason, it doesn't work at all with Apache::Filter, so in case
others encounter any issues with this the solution is to rebuild a new
package with HTML::Mason 1.3.

  I've also submitted the bug with a sugested fix of upgrading the
package version to 1.3
