Thanks. I suppose that makes this a separate dose3 bug. Reassigning.

Running "dose-builddebcheck -f -e --deb-native-arch=amd64 --checkonly
libtime-moment-perl Packages Sources" on sid, with the archive files
from current sid, I get the output below.  The 'conflict' part looks
wrong to me.
