There is no new changelog entry when/after binNMUing a package. It just
appears in the package version.

You can check for example mlgmp:

	https://buildd.debian.org/~luk/status/package.php?p=mlgmp

You the version 20021123-14+b1?

I don't if there is a better way to show binNMU numbers. There is also
the rmadison way:

$ rmadison libgmp-ocaml
libgmp-ocaml | 20021123-11 |     oldstable | alpha, amd64, arm, hppa,
i386, ia64, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
libgmp-ocaml | 20021123-11+b1 |     etch-m68k | m68k
libgmp-ocaml | 20021123-13+b1 |        stable | alpha, amd64, arm,
armel, hppa, i386, ia64, mips, mipsel, s390, sparc
[...]

Cheers,
