Hi Maintainer,

REJECT: Enhance copyright, clarify license

I'm sorry, but I must reject this package at this time.

There were some copyright holders which were not mentioned in debian/copyright.
For instance,  many files said:

(*     Copyright (C) 2006-2008                                            *)
(*                                                                        *)
(*     Sylvain Conchon                                                    *)
(*     Evelyne Contejean                                                  *)
(*     CNRS-LRI-Universite Paris Sud                                      *)

However "Evelyne Contejean" and "CNRS-LRI-Universite Paris Sud" were not
mentioned in debian/copyright.

There were many copyright years not mentioned in debian/copyright.  For
instance, the above copyright says 2006-2008, however debian/copyright does not
mention any year beyond 2006.

Multiple files mentioned the GPL, and claimed to be covered by the GPL, but
there was no mention of the GPL in debian/copyright.

Also, please take note of the following lintian warnings:

W: alt-ergo source: package-lacks-versioned-build-depends-on-debhelper 7
W: alt-ergo source: dh-clean-k-is-deprecated

The first, at least, should definately be fixed.
