I really believe that Mike has both the technical and social skills to maintain his Debian packages. I have the pleasure of sponsoring his packages and working with him in their details. I have worked with him in packages like pyhoca-cli, pyhoca-gui, the x2go client, just to name some. He's understanding of Debian and his packaging skills have improved enough to be able to maintain many of this packages by himself. His social skills have always been more than pleasant. He is already an asset for Debian, and I'm looking forward to iron out some more details for advocating him for DD.
