Having sponsored sciteproj and devilspie since Dec 2010 and Nov 2011
(resp.), I know Andreas Rönnquist has the technical skills to maintain
those two packages without supervision.
But more importantly, I believe that Andreas is very sensible and
attentive maintainer. This shows primarily in that Andreas asks
rather than presumes when he is in doubt, but for example also in his
prompt response to a binNMU FTBFS.
In my opinion, Andreas has earned the privilege to upload sciteproj
and devilspie2.
