I have sponsored the first packages of Liang Guo, namely sunpinyin (4
source packages), and since then, he has shown to be maintaining this
package quite well, and being responsive to bug reported in the BTS,
doing team work with the IME packaging team, and maintaining using Git.

He also has good relationship with upstream of sunpinyin (Kefu Chai
<tchaikov@gmail.com>, which we both know IRL). I have checked his
packaging for SPICE which seems to be in order, even though I didn't
sponsor it because I didn't have a correct test bed to check on the
resulting software.

I think he would be a good asset in the very small (but growing) Chinese
community of DDs (he knows some of them, like Li Daobing and Aaron Xu,
which he interact in the Chinese IME Packaging Team, and I guess on
other occasions).

For these reasons, I'm advocating for Liang Guo.
