Hi,

I believe that Petr Baranov has the technical skills needed to maintain
Debian packages. I wholeheartedly support his application to become a
Debian maintainer, as I know he cares for free software and has the
technical and social skills to maintain efficiently packages in Debian.

Thus, I personally recommend to give a DM status to him.
