Thomas, I'd suggest that if you re-apply, you ask your advocate to have a word
with the New Maintainer Committee before you do so, then they can be aware of
what the issues were, and can then advise you as to whether to re-apply based on
whether they feel that the areas that were lacking in your original application
have improved.
