The NM process did not change, it still rejects people who don't have the
necessary knowledge. Please stop whining about it, you have been soft-reject and
you're allowed to reapply at any time. Not to forget that you've been rejected
several times and were given an exception to continue the process and show that
you have the necessary knowledge and skills, but failed with that.

Of course you may complain at the nm-committee (which is not this mailing list)
- - or just reapply, after bringing your packages into shape and being active in
some way. With my FD hat on I could tell you that I'd put you on hold if you'd
apply now, as there's no visible activity except whining about your NM process
from you.

Best regards,

Bernd
