I believe that Thomas Leonard has the technical skills needed to
maintain Debian packages, and I support his application to become a
Debian maintainer. I have sponsored his zeroinstall-injector package
(for which he is also upstream) for over a year, and I have found that
he makes sure that everything works flawlessly.
