FYI: The sentence I finaly choosed is:
# Der Bewerber schafft es nicht, die zum Test seiner Fähigkeiten
vereinbarten Aufgaben zu erledigen

Translated back to (probably bad) english: Failure to successfully finish
the agreed demonstration tasks for his skill test
