While I obviously cannot speak for Andre, I'm pretty certain that he is
currently living in Brazil, *not* Tennessee.

I do appreciate your concerns, but it's probably not a bad idea to do some
research before levelling accusations such as this, especially when they're
directed to a public mailing list (debian-newmaint@lists.debian.org is wide
open and public).
