Bug#410431: rosegarden: 1.5.0-1 doesn't find Project Packager

On startup, rosegarden complains that it can't find the Project
Packager.

I added libxml-twig-perl and ran
rosegarden-project-package --conftest and it output:

I added sndfile-programs and the complaint about the missing
"sndfile-convert" disappeared.
Removing libxml-twig-perl caused the "Project Packager" error to
reappear, so I reinstalled libxml-twig-perl and the "Project Packager"
error disappeared.
To summarise: Rosegarden 1.5 requires:
