ftp.ca.debian.org has two address, 207.210.46.249 and 70.38.0.135.
The host at 70.38.0.135 is dead. As a result half of update using
ftp.ca.debian.org stall.
I don't know how to contact the maintainer of this mirror, nor do i know
if it is appropriate to report such problem here. Please forward to the
right address or ignore this message. Either way i am sure something
will be done about this mirror eventually.
