Re: removing ftp:// from mirrors lists

I don't mind running an FTPd on my mirror.

It's totally fine to me if FTP or not is considered to be the mirror's
admin's decision -- including DSA as mirror admins of the primary
mirrors.

But still: we then shouldn't call our mirrors ftp.something.debian.org
anymore.

But then we should also continue to list that in the master list.

I'd go for something like "if you want, you can also offer FTP access
to your mirror, but you don't need to." IMHO we should just then still
list those mirrors as "offers FTP".

But before we do that we should think over our mirror CNAME scheme.
