ftp.es.rediris.es debian mirror shutdown

Hi,

  due to lack of hardware resources, we are sorry to have to shut down
our debian mirror. We can still see some usage of it, so we will inform
the users with a note in our /debian paths for both HTTP and FTP. We
will recommend using es.debian.org in stead, or several mirrors within
the Spanish Research and Academic Network.

We will probably be back in the future, but right now we can't afford
maintaining our replica.
